The MANAGING FOR SUCCESS^® (MFS) SOFTWARE COLLECTION is a family of software reports that meet a variety of needs and special applications required for increased individual and organisational effectiveness.

Managing For Success^® reports are generated from individuals' responses to the various TTI Instruments and quantify information on how we perceive ourselves and others. Through personalised information, respondents have the opportunity to immediately increase their knowledge of themselves and others resulting in increased effectiveness and productivity.

The MFS Software Collection is a complete family of software products which installs into your computer's hard drive. The program provides easy access to any of the included MFS reports on a per unit basis. The reports can be generated by entering instrument scores, duplicating single sheet responses or by responding directly on the computer.

The MFS Software Collection comes as standard with a minimum of 100 units that may be used in any combination of reports. Additional MFS units or SSI units* may be purchased at the time of order, or by contacting People Success Solutions at nay time during normal working hours. (*Sales Strategy Index - SSI - requires separate units for royalty purposes; however, they share the same codelock.) The collection includes the following reports:

Managing For Success^® - Research Collection CD

The introduction of TTI's Internet Delivery Service™ has greatly facilitated and expanded the use of online behavioural and attitudinal assessment reports within organisations.  Due to increased production of these reports, the need to manage data offline has become increasingly important.  The MFS-IDS Research Collection enables you to access your IDS Managing For Success reports stored on the Internet and download them to your local PC.  This can be easily accomplished, without the need to export and import files and without a codelock installation.

Discovery 360° Feedback™ Software

Perception is reality. Success stems from knowing how others perceive you. A 360° feedback assessment will identify areas in which a person is performing about, at or below standard of his/her boss, self, peers and customers. A 360° assessment is a powerful tool for helping individuals improve, grow and develop their interpersonal skills through personalised feedback.

A 360° assessment shows an individual what others think his or her performance is versus what it should be. Understanding others' perception will increase an individual's drive for success, when he/she is given the information in a constructive manner such as a one-on-one debriefing session.

It is imperative that necessary follow-up strategies are employed in order to have a successful outcome. A 360° assessment is to be used as a starting point for a developmental process.
