How does ASSESS differ from other assessment report writing systems?

 

 

The heart of the ASSESS system consists of a rules file, a normative database (over 30,000 cases), job specific templates and success profiles.

The Industrial/Organisational Psychologists of BHA have developed a comprehensive set of rules that tie report text to logical expressions of normed score ranges on ability tests and personality scales.

Unlike other report writing systems of this type, ASSESS rules and the judgements they represent typically evaluate scores from 3 to 5 measures simultaneously in a profile or configured manner rather than making simple scale-by-scale evaluations.
