People Success Solutions is, at its core, a Solutions Provider, solving our clients' business challenges through People Solutions.  However, as part of our work we use the latest and most effective tools and techniques to help us deliver our promise.  The following are some of the profiles, assessments, tools and other products we use in our work.

 

ASSESS is a cost-effective alternative to assessment for the selection and development of professionals and managers.  This world-class expert system administers, scores and evaluates the results of a comprehensive assessment battery and writes assessment reports much like an organisational psychologist would.

ASSESS produces Selection and Development reports anywhere, anytime, worldwide with immediately available results. ASSESS now also produces both Standard Reports - modelled after traditional assessment - and Competency Reports - which address how work-personality and general abilities help or hinder the development or display of specific competencies important to the job role.  ASSESS competency reports are supported by Strategic Success Modelling (SSM) which is a simple, software-aided process that allows organisations to create competency models that define success for unique job. SSM integrates seamlessly with ASSESS to provide competency-based recruitment tools.

SalesMax is a state-of-the-art, Internet based system that produces comprehensive narrative reports to assist in the selection of candidates for professional sales positions, and optionally for their development so that they may maximise their sales potential.  It was designed and validated with top performers and built around a consultative sales approach.

 

SELECT is an Internet based Screening System for entry-level employees (e.g. hourly-paid).  The SELECT System comprises a family of related tests designed to measure important, work-related, personality characteristics in applicants for entry-level jobs, and allows employers to quickly and easily screen for characteristics associated with productivity, cooperative work behaviours, integrity and service to others.

TTI's Behavioural Profiles Despite our impressive vocabularies and access to the latest technology to support our communications  - the internet, e-mail, the telephone, faxes - the increasing number of failed relationships and dissatisfied employees are evidence that none of us are as effective in expressing ourselves or in our understanding of other people as we would like to believe.

TTI's Behavioural Profiles and Assessments are designed to change all that. These instruments allow you to better understand yourself, your strengths and limitations, your communication style, your motivators, etc. as well as to identify the behavioural styles of those around you.

TTI's Work Environment Assessments When benchmarking the ideal behavioural style for a position, TTI offers behavioural assessments for top and bottom performers as well as for the position.  TTI's Work Environment™ Assessment is used to identify the ideal behavioural style of the position.
 

TTI's Sales Strategy Index Identifying a sales person's knowledge of the sales process is key in coaching them to higher level of success. The Sales Strategy Index™ report measures whether they can sell, whether they understand the sales process, and are they treating each sales situation the way top sales performers do?

360° Feedback Surveys A 360° survey is a method that organisations use to gather feedback on performance by having their employees complete a series of questions about one another.  Comparison between how a person responds to his own evaluation and how his or her peers, supervisors, or subordinates answer is a key component of our 360 Degree Reports.

 

Employee Surveys  Organisations need feedback from customers, suppliers and employees so that their managers can take informed decisions about products, policies and procedures. Employee Attitude and Opinion Surveys are an excellent method of obtaining data from employees about various aspects of the organisation, its culture and its processes, as seen and experienced by the workforce at various levels within the company.
